I embrace change. Do you?

Posted on June 15, 2011. Filed under: Encouragement/Empowerment |

I have seen many changes over my lifetime and have come to the realization that change precedes promotion.  Actually, after a while, you come to expect change and anticipate it.  Change allows you to be pressed out of your comfort zone to embrace a bit of discomfort for a higher level of success.  Many times accepting change helps the person and the people they are connected to.  Change has become a way of life for me and I think it is because of the time I spent in the military.  We were always on the move and we always saw changes in our leadership.  Not being able to accept change is selfish and comes from a selfish place within.  Many times, change becomes better when we change our attitudes about the change.

Change is here to stay.  Go with the flow of change with an open and inquisitive mind excited for what will be learned and gained in the process of change and in the change itself.
